We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment is received, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier capacity, and external factors (such as weather or seasonal demand).

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

b) Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
If you wish to arrange delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order, and we will confirm whether this is possible.

c) Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Occasionally, promotional free delivery may apply — details will be shown on our website at the time of purchase.

d) Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that someone of legal drinking age (18 or over) is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for rearranging delivery.

3. Returns and Cancellations

a) Your Right to Cancel

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Return the items within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

b) Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns of:

  • Opened bottles or products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Custom or personalised items

c) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover any reasonable return shipping costs if applicable.

d) How to Return Items

To return an item:

  3. Repack the items securely in their original packaging.

  4. Return to the address we provide.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect returned items.
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Please note your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to process the transaction.
